Guangdong introduced industrial boiler water treatment design guidelines

Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Bureau held a validation meeting of the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard “Industrial Boiler Water Treatment Design Guidelines” drafted by Guangzhou Special Pressure Equipment Inspection and Research Institute (referred to as “Guangzhou Pressure-bearing Institute”).

 

At the meeting, after listening to the report of the project team of the hospital, the expert group reviewed and carefully discussed the content and format of the Industrial Boiler Water Treatment Design Guidelines, and considered that the Industrial Boiler Water Treatment Design Guidelines are for industrial boilers. The water treatment design has made special provisions to fill the blank of China's industrial boiler water treatment design standards, reaching the domestic leading level, and is of great significance for promoting energy saving and emission reduction of industrial boilers. The expert group unanimously agreed that the “Guidelines for the Design of Industrial Boiler Water Treatment” was approved and recommended by the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau as a recommended local technical specification.

 

It is reported that the "Industrial Boiler Water Treatment Design Guidelines" can effectively regulate the industrial boiler water treatment design work, guide the use of units to select appropriate water treatment equipment and water treatment technology, improve the boiler water vapor index qualification rate, prevent and reduce due to scaling, corrosion Problems such as boiler accidents and increased energy consumption caused by deterioration of steam quality have positive opinions on promoting industrial boiler safety, economy, energy conservation and environmental protection.
