The flue gases pass through the superheater, the boiler body, and the economizer before being released into the atmosphere.

Heat-transfer edible oil heating furnace for food processing plants

The burner heats the heating surfaces inside the furnace, raising the temperature of the edible oil circulating within these surfaces to the required processing temperature, after which the oil is recirculated into the food‑oil pot to heat the food.

On-site fabrication of large storage tanks

Large storage tanks refer to vertical cylindrical steel tanks with a design capacity of no less than 1,000 cubic meters, used for storing crude oil, refined petroleum products, chemical feedstocks, and solid materials. Such tanks are fabricated on-site at the installation location.

Spiral plate heat exchanger

A spiral plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat transfer device whose heat-transfer elements consist of spiral-shaped plates. It is typically fabricated by rolling two parallel metal plates into a spiral configuration, thereby forming two uniform spiral channels. The two heat-transfer fluids flow through these channels and exchange heat across the spiral plate walls.
